Since its inception in 1987, the Atlantic Canada Opportunities Agency has been legislated to table, every five years, a report on its programs and activities and their impact in Atlantic Canada. The ACOA Five-Year Report to Parliament 2003-2008 covers the period April 1, 2003 to March 31, 2008.
