ACOA’s 2008-2009 Report on Plans and Priorities details the Agency’s plans, priorities, goals and strategies in delivering key programs and services to Atlantic Canadians, as well as planned spending for the next year and two subsequent years.
Readers may notice that this year’s document differs somewhat in style and content from reports issued in previous years. This report on plans and priorities is part of a pilot project aiming to streamline the content to make the reports more user-friendly. By taking part in this pilot, the Agency strives to increase the quality of its Parliamentary reporting and departmental accountability by providing a more concise plans and priorities document, thus better serving the needs of Parliamentarians and Canadians.
