The Atlantic Canada Opportunities Agency strives to be transparent and accountable in how it does business.
To help achieve this, the Agency posts summaries of requests it completes under the Access to Information Act (ATIA). The Act gives all individuals and corporations in Canada the right to access information contained in federal government records.
Currently, summaries of completed Access to Information Requests are available for the following years: 2013 | 2014 | 2015
Please note that while the summaries are available in both official languages, the responsive records are only available in the language in which they were originally created. Requests focusing on personal information or third party proprietary information may not be included. The Agency assumes no responsibility for the translation of certain request summaries.
