Qimple Inc. Improves Hiring with Innovative Technology

Government of Canada investment will help company’s growth

September 16, 2016 - Moncton, NB – Atlantic Canada Opportunities Agency (ACOA)

The Honourable Ginette Petitpas Taylor, Member of Parliament for Moncton-Riverview-Dieppe, on behalf of the Honourable Navdeep Bains, Minister of Innovation, Science and Economic Development and Minister responsible for ACOA, today announced a $498,150 Government of Canada investment in Qimple Inc.

The conditionally repayable contribution, which is being provided through ACOA’s Business Development Program (BDP), will help the company undertake business development and marketing activities to promote and innovate their product.

Qimple Inc. works to improve the hiring experience for both companies and applicants. With Qimple, companies can create a compelling job ad and distribute it to multiple job boards, screen incoming applicants with its applicant tracking system with resume parsing technology, and conveniently collaborate with their hiring team to make that great hire all in one place.

Recently, the Canadian technology publication Techvibes named Qimple Inc. one of the 20 most promising startups in the country, and in 2015 the company completed the 500 Startups five month accelerator program in San Francisco. They were the first company from Atlantic Canada to be accepted into the program.
